Objective: Caregivers can view unassigned (open) shifts and call the branch to request more information or to ask to be assigned. This guide walks through how to access these features as a caregiver.

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the web browser from your phone or other device
- Type in the search bar: app.soneto.net/web/IndianaHomecare
- Recommendation: “Bookmark” this link (following this guide) or “Add to Home Screen” so that you can quickly access this website again in the future (method differs based on type of device)
- Note: this is the same website for both Indiana and Michigan caregivers (shared tenant)
- Sign in using your same username and password as the mobile application
- Choose the tile called “Unassigned Shifts”
- NOTE: to navigate back to your regular schedule, click on the MatrixCare logo in the upper left-hand corner of your screen to go back to the home page. From here, click on My Schedule to get back to the view of your own schedule.
- This tool will automatically filter to your home office and today’s date
- For Michigan caregivers: ALWAYS Select “Traditional” from Office Area to filter out preferred clients
- For Indiana caregivers: You may choose from DD, Home Care, Shared, or leave the filter blank to view all
- Change Starting Date to select which day you would like to see available shifts for
- Choose Search to view results for that day
- Click on a specific visit to see more details
- NOTE: As of right now, you will get three red error messages. This is a glitch in MatrixCare. These messages will disappear in 2-3 seconds and do not impact your ability to get assigned to that open shift.
- Click on the blue link for your office's phone number to contact if you would like more information or if you would like to ask to be assigned to this shift
