OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions and video on how to clock out of a shift using the Sandata Mobile app (Sandata Mobile Connect)
NOTE: A mobile phone, the downloaded Sandata Mobile Connect application, and Sandata log-in information will be required to complete this activity.
1. Log in to Sandata Mobile Connect.
2. Navigate to the Upcoming section on Visits tap.
3. Select the appropriate visit. (Visit in Progress)
4. Navigate to the TASKS section.
5. Select Task Completed if a task during the visit was completed.
6. Select Client Refused if a task during the visit was not completed per client request.
7.Select Task Not Completed if a task during the visit was not completed.
NOTE: Make the appropriate selections for each Task that was assigned.
8. Navigate to the Observations section.
9. Answer the Observation question (Yes/No).
10. Navigate to the VISIT NOTE section.
11. Enter any details about the visit into the Type visit note field.
12. Tap COMPLETE VISIT.
13. Review the details of the visit.
14. Tap CONFIRM.
15. Provide your mobile device to the Client.
16. Ensure the Client select their preferred Language from the list
17. Instruct the Client to tap CONTINUE.
18. Ensure the Client reviews the summary of the Service.
19. Instruct the Client to tap DENY or CONFIRM.
20. Ensure the Client reviews the summary of the Visit Time.
21. Instruct the Client to tap DENY or CONFIRM.
22. Instruct the Client to tap CONTINUE.
23. Obtain the mobile device from the Client.
24. If the Client is able to sign, complete the following:
a. Tap SIGNATURE.
b. Allow Client to sign their name in the Sign by using your finger on the device field.
c. Tap CONTINUE.
25. If the Client is not able to sign, complete the following:
a. Tap VOICE RECORDING.
b. Instruct the Client to press the Blue button while saying their name.
c. Tap CONTINUE.
26. Obtain the mobile device from the Client.
27. Tap Done.
You are now clocked-out of your shift. and the app will sign you out.
