OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions and video on how to set up an account in Sandata Mobile Connect.
NOTE: A mobile phone, the downloaded Sandata Mobile Connect application, and Sandata log-in information (including Company ID), will be required to complete this activity.
1. Enter the given Company ID in the Company ID field.
2. Enter the given Sandata username in the Username field.
3. Enter the given Sandata password in the Password field.
NOTE: You can receive your Username and Password from your Branch Supervisor.
4. Click LOG IN.
5. Choose a security question from the Please select a security question drop down menu.
6. Enter the answer from the Please enter your answer field.
7. Continue selecting and answer security questions as prompted.
8. Click NEXT.
9. Enter a password in the PASSWORD field.
10. Re-enter the password in the CONFIRM PASSWORD field.
11. Click SUBMIT.
