OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to use the HHAeXchange mobile app.
NOTE: This article is for new HHAeXchange users.

Download the Mobile App
The HHAeXchange mobile app is available for both iPhone and Android mobile devices. To download the app, navigate to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) on your mobile device and enter HHA Exchange into the Search field. Find the app (logo pictured below) and download it to your device.
Log in for the First Time
NOTE: You will need to register the first time you log in to the HHAeXchange mobile app if you have never had a login with HHAeXchange. If you have previously had an account with HHAeXchange, refer to Previous Login with HHAeXchange.
1. Open the HHAeXchange app and tap Sign Up from the Login screen.
2. Enter your email address and a new password. Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, 1 capital letter, and 1 number. Click Sign Up.
3. Tap OK on the sign-up confirmation prompt.
4. Navigate back to the Login screen and enter your login information. Tap Login.
5. Log into your email and follow the instructions for completing registration.
6. Accept the Terms of Service, then click on the Menu icon in the top right-hand corner and click on the orange exclamation point.
7. Enter First and Last Name, Last 4 of SSN, Gender, DOB, Email, and Phone Number. Make sure what you’re entering matches what Help at Home has on file. Click Create.
8. The app will display a message stating registration was successful. Provide the Mobile ID Number to your Onboarding Team or branch admin. This number is also emailed to the email address used during registration.
Previous Login with HHAeXchange
If you have a previous login with HHAeXchange with another agency, you will reuse that same login information (username and password). You can also be linked to more than one agency at a time, if you are actively working for two agencies utilizing HHAeXchange.
1. Login to HHAeXchange with your existing username (email) and last known password. Reset your password, if necessary.
2. Click the Menu icon in the top right of the screen.
3. Note the Mobile ID (not the Mobile Device ID) and provide to your Onboarding Specialist or branch admin.

Use the mobile app to clock in and clock out of a visit and manage your schedule.
- Today's Schedule - used to click in and out of a shift as well as view your scheduled visits for the current day.
- Visits - provides a list of scheduled visits for the Caregiver.
- Open Shifts - provides a list of shifts available for scheduling.
