Examples of breakroom supplies include:

• Beverage items: water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, coffee supplies

Items that are needed in a large quantity can be requested via procurement@helpathome.com for negotiated pricing. Check with your direct management if tracking, usage, or forecasting assistance is needed.

IT equipment can be ordered through the IT Service Desk (Link Here).

Examples of IT equipment include:

• Laptops, Cell Phones, Tablets
• Headsets
• Monitors
• Printers or copiers
• Toner and Ink
• Laptop accessories: Mice, Keyboards, Cables

For issues with existing hardware, you must report the issue to the IT Service Desk by calling them at 877-892-9655 and allow them to troubleshoot the issue. If it cannot be resolved, the Service Desk will escalate your ticket to have it replaced.

Medical supplies can be purchased through Medline - Coupa Advantage Punchout Catalog (Link Here). There is a minimum order for some medical supplies which is more cost-effective for Help at Home.

Examples of medical supplies include:

• First aid kids
• Masks or respirators

• Sterile cleaning supplies or spill kids Testing Devices: blood pressure monitors, glucose tests, sphygmomanometers

For any medical supplies that are "unavailable" through the punchout catalog, submit a request to procurement@helpathome.com.  

Office supplies can be purchased through Staples - Coupa Advantage Punchout Catalog (Link Here).

Examples of office supplies include:

• Copy paper: Use SKU 324791 for the maximum discount
• Toner or printer ink - for one-off toner requests, please submit a request to IT.
• Holiday/party decorations
• Office supplies: pens, notepads, scissors, highlighters, paper clips, staples, etc

For any office supplies that are "unavailable" through the punchout catalog, submit a request to procurement@helpathome.com.  

Promotional Items can be purchased through the Help at Home Webstore located in Coupa Punchout Catalogs. For Coupa Punchout Catalog access issues or questions please email: Coupa@helpathome.com.

Examples of promotional items include:

• Help at Home brochures
• Signage for events
• Caregiver recognition items: T-shirts, tumblers, coffee cups, etc

If preferred items are not available or you need a specific-branded item not listed on the company store, submit a request to teamhah@creativepromo.net. 

Gift Items can be purchased by managers through 1-800-FLOWERS, when necessary.

• Bereavement or Sympathy
• Congratulations for life change (new baby, wedding, etc)
