OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to reset your password in Caregiver Connect.
NOTE: Caregiver Connect is only available to the Indiana, Georgia, Delaware and Mississippi markets at this time.
There are two options for resetting your password. Caregivers should leverage option 1, self-service reset via the app, before contacting support for an admin assisted reset.
Option 1: Self-service Password Reset
1. If you can't log in or forgot your password to Caregiver Connect, open the app and tap Forgot Password? at the bottom of the screen.
2. A six-digit code will be sent to your email on file to verify your identity. Enter the six-digit code and tap Confirm.
3. Enter your cell phone number and reset your password by entering and confirming a New Password, then tap Change Password.
4. Your password is now reset and you can now log into your account.
Option 2: Admin Assisted Password Reset
This option should be used if a caregiver cannot reset their password on their own.
1. If you can’t login or forgot your password to your caregiver mobile app account, contact the support team via the Chat or Call buttons at the bottom of the screen.
2. Communicate to the support team that you need to reset your password for the caregiver mobile app, and provide your username. The support team will trigger a password reset.
3. You will receive an email and be prompted to enter a new password. Enter and re-enter a new password.
4. Go back into the Caregiver Connect app and use the new password to log in.
