OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to update your shift preferences in Caregiver Connect.
NOTE: Caregiver Connect is only available to the Indiana, Georgia, Delaware, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Ohio and Mississippi markets at this time.
1. Log in to Caregiver Connect on your mobile device and tap View Profile from the Profile section on the home screen.
2. Tap Shift Preferences or Personal Preferences from the My Preferences section on your profile.
3. Update your availability in the Days (Select All that Apply) section with the days and times you are open to work.
Note: Currently you can only enter one timeframe for each day.
4. On the same page, enter how many Hours you are available to work per week, and the Distance you are willing to travel.
5. Select your Personal Preferences by tapping on each option to apply it to your profile. Once you are done, tap Save in the upper right hand corner to update your preferences.
