OBJECTIVE: This article provides information on how to contact the support team when having issues with Caregiver Connect.
NOTE: Caregiver Connect is only available to the Indiana, Georgia, Delaware and Mississippi markets at this time.
1. Log in to Caregiver Connect and tap one of the options in the Contact Us 24/7 section at the bottom of the screen. You will be able to call, chat, or navigate to the Knowledge Center for support.
NOTE: If you are unable to log in, please refer to these instructions: Caregiver Connect: Logging In.
2. Tap Chat to connect with a support team member who can help with your issue.
3. Tap Call to contact a support agent via phone.
4. Tap Help Center to open a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about the mobile app. Tap each question to see more information.
5. For more information, tap More Support to open the Caregiver Knowledge Center: Help at Home Knowledge Center. You can also tap the chat bubble to search for related articles and contact support.
