OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to attach documents to a Caregiver's profile in MatrixCare.
NOTE: Please refer to the article Workday: Manage Certifications to learn how to add a document to an employee record in Workday. Preboarding and onboarding documents are stored in Workday.
1. Navigate to the Attachments tab. Right-click and select Modify.
2. Enter the Type (“Document” is the standard option), Sub Type, and Notes. An example of a Note for uploading a CPR card as an example could be: CPR Card 2/1/2021-2/1/2023”. Ensure that old attachments are not being replaced with new ones, instead a new attachment should be created so that we are able to view historical records of attachments.
3. Click the Browse icon to upload any attachments.
4. Right Click & Save
