OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to approve client forms in AlayaCare.
- Navigate to Client Forms from the top bar of the Dashboard module.
- Filter to see only Unapproved forms if you do not want to see incomplete drafts or previously approved forms.
- Click View on each form and review.
After reviewing the Form, click the icon next to Unapproved. Select Approved from the list of status options and then click .
NOTE: Once a form has been approved, it can no longer be edited. This includes changing the status to something other than approved.
