OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to add a transaction to an Invoice in AlayaCare.
There are three main types of transactions that can be added to an invoice:
- Credit Notes
- Navigate to the Accounting tab from the main Dashboard.
- Click Invoices.
- Use the filters to search for your invoice.
- Once your invoice appears, click on the Invoice #.
- Click Add Transaction.
- Use filters to add the Transaction Summary details in the Add Transaction menu.
- Click Save.
- The Transaction will then add to the Invoice Details back on the main Invoice screen after it has been added.
