OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to set up a new or existing Caregiver to use the MatrixCare for Home Care mobile application so that they can view their schedule and complete visits.
Branch Associates: To use these instructions, use the Preferred Method to send caregivers invitations to set up their profile by Creating New Users.
1. Once you receive the email invitation, select the link in your email titled Welcome to MatrixCare Mobile!
2. This will take you to a website to select “Send Verification,” which will send a text message with a 6-digit code to your phone number on file. Enter the verification code received and click Confirm.
3. Enter a Username and Password and click Create Account.
NOTE: Use the following format for your Username - First Initial + Last Name. If your name is the same as another employee, use first two initials + last name. Example: jdoe or jtdoe
4. You should receive a Congratulations message once hte account is set up. Click the link to download the app from the Congratulations message. From your app store, download and open the MatrixCare for Home Care mobile app.
5. Click Sign in and enter your Username and Password. Enter indianahomecare in the Tenant field.
6. Review and accept the End User License Agreement (EULA). Check the box when complete to accept and press Continue.
7. When you log in for the first time, it will prompt you to create a 4-digit pin. This pin will be used so that you don’t need to enter your username and password each time you open the app.
8. Check the Enable Location While Using the App check box. This is required for check in and check out. Your location is not gathered at any other time.
9. Enable screen rotation on your device if you have it manually disabled (required to collect client signature.
When you see a page that looks like the picture to the right, you’re in and setup is complete!
