OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to view revision and completion history of a care plan in AlayaCare.
- From the Dashboard screen, hover over Clients on the left hand side and click Clients.
- Type the name of the client in Type to Filter.
- Click View next to the client's name.
- Click Care Management near the top of your screen.
- Click Care Plan towards the left hand side of your screen.
- Select Care Plan and click View.
- Hover over the Care Plan item whose Revision History you wish to view and select the Circled arrowed icon or Hamburger icon to view the any changes.
- In the resulting dialogue, you will be able to review all the details on the item by Update Date and view the Author of the change.
