The Help at Home Leave of Absence process has changed. Please review the following information for the new process that goes into effect on July 10, 2023.
NOTE: If you feel your personal circumstances are impacting your ability to work your normal schedule, please communicate the issue with your manager or HR Business Partner. As Help at Home offers various support and leave programs for our employees. Additionally, there may be federal leave, state, local accommodations available. For more information, please see your Employee Handbook.

- To register online, click Activate Login and enter your email address. Follow the prompts to create your account.
NOTE: You will be asked to provide basic demographic information such as your name and date of birth.
NOTE: You will be provided with a Case Manager and their direct extension upon initiating the claim. Broadspire will manage the claim by collecting information and coordinating with the employee and Help at Home.
