OBJECTIVE: This article provides an overview of how to capture signatures in the mobile app in HHAeXchange.
To capture signatures in the HHAeXchange mobile app, you’ll need to make sure you document if your tasks have been completed. After documenting tasks completed for the visit, clock out of your scheduled visit.
As a caregiver, you’ll be required to make sure you provide your signature before you must capture the patient’s signature to complete you visit. Click Save to capture the patient's signature.
The option to capture the patient's signature will appear as the next signature box. If the patient refuses to sign or is unable to, there is an option to select as to why you were unable to capture the patient’s signature.
If the patient is unable to sign and a skip reason needs to be entered, select the reason as to why you are unable to capture the signature. Click Save to have the skip reason to register to the visit and officially clock of your visit.
