Our garnishment process is a relationship between several different parties (courts, lawyers, agencies, etc).
Help at Home uses ADP as the main document processing party. Please reference the below information:

What do I do if I need an employment or income verification?
Help at Home uses the Work Number. The Work Number provides income and employment data to organizations that need to verify an employee’s employment or income from Help at Home. The Work Number is available 24/7.
What information do I give in order to contact the Work Number to verify my income or employment?
There are multiple ways an organization can contact the Work Number. Make sure to give the organization Help at Home’s Employer Code – 20795.
- Website: www.theworknumber.com (access 24/7)
- Phone: 800-367-5690 (access Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET)
- Email: member@equifax.com
- Employer Code: 20795
- Who can ask for a verification from the Work Number?
Not just anyone can ask for your personal information. They must be credentialed. The Work Number service accepts requests only from credentialed verified Organizations. In addition, you must give permission for an organization to get your income information from the Work Number database. This is called a Consumer Consent and/or Signed Authorization form. It’s usually part of an application you complete, for a job, a lease, or for credit.
What happens if a company/organization has additional questions regarding the information provided on the verification from the Work Number and/or run into issues?
All vendors can submit a ticket to AskHR@helpathome.com where they will be connected with an HR Specialist to assist with additional questions. Vendor must provide the Consumer Consent/Signed Authorization form when sending any questions to AskHR@helpathome.com.
