Workers' Compensation Claims (Employee Incidents)
- Injured employees must call the 24/7 Work Injury Nurse Line for triage & referrals to in-network clinics: (877) 764-3574
- Supervisors must report all employee incidents HERE, even if no medical treatment is needed.
- Supervisors must provide injured employees with the Employee Incident Packet which the injured employee must submit to RiskManagement@HelpatHome.com.

Reporting auto accidents for company-owned vehicles
- Auto Accidents - This option pertains to damage to company-owned vehicles or if the client was injured in a car accident.
