OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions and a video on how to clock out of a shift using the Sandata Mobile app (Sandata Mobile Connect)
1. Log in to Sandata Mobile Connect and enter your username and password.
2. Navigate to the Upcoming section on Visits tab.
3. Select the appropriate visit, which should state Visit in Progress due to a previous clock in.
4. Navigate to the TASK section and select Task Completed if a task was completed during the visit.
5. Select Client Refused if a task was not completed as per client request during the visit.
6. Select Task Not Completed if a task was not completed during the visit.
NOTE: Make the appropriate selections for each Task that you see under the Tasks tab.
7. Navigate to the Observations section and Answer the Observation questions accordingly. (Yes/No).
8. Navigate to the VISIT NOTE section and enter any details about the visit into the Type visit note field.
9. Tap COMPLETE VISIT.
10. Review the details of the visit and tap CONFIRM.
11. Provide your mobile device to the Client and tap on the Continue button.
12. Ensure the Client selects their preferred Language from the list.
13. Instruct the Client to tap CONTINUE.
14. Ensure the Client reviews the summary of the Services and Visit Time.
15. Instruct the Client to tap DENY or CONFIRM based on services provided and time you were present for the visit.
16. Instruct the Client to tap CONTINUE.
17. If the Client is able to sign, complete the following:
a. Tap SIGNATURE.
b. Allow Client to sign their name in the Sign by using your finger on the device field.
c. Tap CONTINUE.
18. If the Client is not able to sign, complete the following:
a. Tap VOICE RECORDING.
b. Instruct the Client to press the Blue button while saying their name.
c. Tap CONTINUE.
19. Tap Done.
You are now clocked-out of your shift. and the app will sign you out.
