Please note: Sandata applies only to the Illinois (IL) market. The Missouri (MO) market has transitioned to Viv Home Care.
OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to set up an account in Sandata Mobile Connect.
NOTE: A compatible smartphone and Sandata log-in information (including Company ID), is required.
1. Enter your Sandata username in the Username field.
2. Enter you Sandata password in the Password field.
NOTE: You can receive your Username and Password from your Branch Supervisor or through an email you will receive from Sandata.
3. Once you have entered a valid email address that matches the email address in the system, the Company ID field will disappear.
NOTE: The Company ID for IL is 3-8380.
NOTE: The Company ID for MO is 3-8463.
4. Click Sign In.
5. Once you have logged in using your temporary password, the app will ask you to create your own password.
6. Create a new password in the PASSWORD field.
7. Re-enter the password in the CONFIRM PASSWORD field.
NOTE: The new password must follow these requirements:
- 12 or more characters
- 1 Uppercase letter
- 1 Lowercase letter
- 1 Number
- 1 Special Character
8. Click Continue.
