OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to review care plans and complete tasks in the Viv Home Care app.
Access important Client information and care requirements documented in the Care Plan
To view the Care Plan:
- Open the visit and tap Client Summary & Care Plans within the visit details.
- You will be notified of any updates made to the Care Plan since you last viewed it.
To complete all tasks:
- Tap the Tasks tab.
- Scroll through the list of tasks and indicate your response to each task.
- Once all your tasks have been submitted, you’ll see the All Tasks Submitted screen.
Remember! Ensure all tasks are completed at the end of every visit
To complete tasks via IVR:
- Call the phone number any time to complete tasks. The system will provide the list of tasks.
- IVR Phone Number: 1 (872) 312-2229
- Press 1 to report on each task; listen to all options.
- Select the correct option (yes, no, client refused, etc)
- You will be able to check out once all responses are given.
