Viv: Logging In

OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to log in to the Viv Home Care app.

Download the App

The Viv Home Care App is accessible on both Android and iOS devices.

For iOS mobile devices:

1. Navigate to the App Store.
2. Enter Viv Home Care in the Search field.
3. Tap Get.

For Android mobile devices:

1. Navigate to the Google Play Store.
2. Enter Viv Home Care in the Search field.
3. Tap Get.

Log In

Once the app is downloaded, you will be routed to the Viv Home page.

To log in:

1. Enter hah in the Enter your organization’s name field.
2. Enter the Email and Password you set up after receiving the welcome email.
3. Click Login.
4. Create a 4-digit pin.

Remember! Ensure location settings are always ON.
