OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to collect signatures in the Viv Home Care app.
If required, the app will prompt you to collect signatures from yourself and the Client at the end of the visit.
To collect a signature:
- Complete all tasks and check out of the visit.
- Once you have tapped Check Out, you will be prompted to collect your signatures. Tap Proceed.
- You will be prompted to sign first. Use your finger to sign the device. Tap
- Pass the device to the Client for them to sign. Tap Sign.
NOTE: If there are any missed signatures, you will be prompted to catch up on the missed signatures from previous visits.
You have successfully collected signatures and checked out of the visit.
