Employee Injury Information

OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on what to do when a Help at Home employee is injured.

1. Ensure the employee contacts the 24/7 Work Injury Nurse line for medical triage: (877) 764-3574 
2. The Supervisor must report the incident using the Internal Event Reporting Portal.
3. The Supervisor must provide the employee with the Employee Incident Packet:
   • Form 320 Employee Incident Packet
