OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to access UKG (Kronos) via the UKG mobile app or the UKG website and view pay stubs (from June 28, 2024 and prior) for Caregivers and Branch Staff in DE, GA, MI, OH, and PA.
NOTE: Caregivers in IL, IN (excluding Adaptive), MS, and MO can use these instructions to view their paystubs: Viewing Pay Stubs (Payslips) for Caregivers.

Access the UKG Ready (Kronos) Mobile App
NOTE: The UKG Ready (Kronos) mobile app is available for free download for both Apple and Android devices.
- Download the UKG Ready app to your device.
- Once the app has been downloaded to your device, open the app.
- Select North America from the Select your region section.
- Enter HAH in the Company Short Name field.
- Press Continue.
- Log in using the Username and temporary Password that was provided in an email titled "Help at Home New Payroll Login Information - UKG Ready".
- Your Username is the first letter of your first name capitalized + your last name capitalized + the last 4-digits of your Social Security Number.
- You will be able to create a new password of your choosing after logging in with the temporary password.
NOTE: Here is a sample of how the email would look like showing the username and temporary password.
NOTE: After you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. Your password must contain 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number, and 1 special character (!@#$%).
NOTE: If you have already created an account on the UKG Ready website, then you can log in using your same Username and Password. [For more information on a new password to create, please refer to the "Tips for Setting a New Password" down below.]
- Configure the Virtual Code Settings to validate your identity. Choose from a text message, a voice call, or email for a code to be sent to you.
- Once you receive the validation code via text, call, or email, enter the code into the field. You have now successfully accessed the UKG Ready (Kronos) mobile app.
Reset Password for UKG Ready (Kronos) Mobile App
- Download the UKG Ready app to your device.
- Once the app has been downloaded to your device, open the app.
- In the app, click on Forgot your password? to set a new password.
- You will then be prompted to enter your username as shown below. After entering your username, select the "Change Password" button.
- If this is the first time you're resetting your own password, you'll be prompted to enter your Social Security Number and then you're able to set your own security question which will be asked the next time you attempt to reset your password.
- After entering your Social Security Number or answering your security question as shown above, you're able to enter the New Password and then click on "Change Password".
Tips for Setting a New Password
- Passwords now need to be 15-64 characters long
- Password expires every 180 days. Can be updated to be more frequent
- Cannot reuse the last 24 passwords
- If an employee's current password does not meet the new password requirement, they will be redirected to the Change Password page to change their password to meet the new requirements.

- Navigate to https://secure3.saashr.com/ta/HAH.login using your internet browser.
NOTE: Functionality works best in Google Chrome.
- Select North America from the Select your region section.
- Enter HAH in the Company Short Name field.
- Click Continue.
- Log in using your Username and Password.
- Log in using the Username and temporary Password that was provided in an email titled "Help at Home New Payroll Login Information - UKG Ready".
- You will be able to create a new password of your choosing after logging in with the temporary password.

View Pay Stubs using UKG Ready (Kronos)

Log into UKG Ready via mobile.
NOTE: For assistance or issues with UKG, please contact your local branch. - Click on the drop down menu icon.
- From the My Pay drop down menu, navigate to Pay History.
- Click Pay Statement.
- View or download your relevant pay stub.
