OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to log in to Caregiver Connect.

Logging In
1. Open the app from your mobile device. The login screen appears. Provide the following information and click Continue:
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
- Enter Last 4 of SSN
NOTE: If you have any issues logging in, tap the Check Out our Help Center link to get help from a Support Agent from the Caregiver Knowledge Center.
2. Check your email for a six-digit code to verify your identity. Enter the six-digit code and tap Confirm.
3. Create a password and enter it into the first two fields.
4. Tap the Enable Face/Touch ID toggle to avoid having to enter your password each time you log in. Click Create Password.
You are now logged into Caregiver Connect!
Issues with Logging In
If you are having issues logging in to Caregiver Connect, please refer to the following instructions:
1. Open the login screen of Caregiver Connect and tap Check Out our Help Center at the bottom of the screen.
2. Find and tap the FAQ that applies to your issue.
3. If the FAQ doesn't answer your question, tap Chat or Call at the bottom of the screen.
