OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to update your account information in Caregiver Connect.
NOTE: The Caregiver Connect app is not yet available in Florida (FL) and New York (NY) markets. If you are located in one of these states, please contact your local branch for assistance. |
1. Log in to Caregiver Connect on your mobile device and tap View Profile on the home screen.
2. Tap View My Information from the Personal Information section of your profile.
3. You are only able to edit your phone number, preferred name, and home address in your profile. If you need to change your Secure Information, tap Contact Support at the bottom of the screen to have someone assist you.
4. Tap Preferred Name, Phone Number, and/or Address, enter the new information and tap Save.
NOTE: If you would like your legal name to take place as your preferred name in caregiver Connect, toggle the Use legal name as preferred name option.
5. The field updated will show Update Pending in red. This will be displayed until the updates are verified and saved to your profile.
