OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to confirm your schedule in the Caregiver Connect App.

Confirming your shift allows us to make sure both you and the Client are scheduled accurately.
To confirm your shift:
1. Log in to Caregiver Connect on your mobile device and tap View Schedule from the Home screen.
2. Review the visits that are scheduled within the current week. Tap Yes below the details of the schedule to confirm your visit.
NOTE: Visits should be confirmed no less than 6 hours prior to the scheduled time.
NOTE: Tapping the visit itself will allow you to view the scheduling details and confirm from that view.
3. Once you have tapped Yes, the visit on your scheduling screen will appear green as it has been confirmed.
NOTE: Confirming your schedule also confirms that the details of the visit are accurate, including Client name, address, visit date, and visit time.
NOTE: Tapping No on your scheduled visit will ask you to input a reason for declining your shift. Declining your scheduled shift will create a notification for your branch and will also turn red indicating that you have declined your shift. Your branch will contact you to discuss your shift change and coverage of your client.
4. To edit your shift, click Edit.
