OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to update your shift preferences in Caregiver Connect App.
| The Caregiver Connect app is not available in Florida, New York, Michigan, or Missouri markets. If you are located in one of these states, please contact your local branch for assistance. |
1. Log in to Caregiver Connect on your mobile device and tap View Profile from the Profile section on the home screen.
2. Tap Shift Preferences from the My Preferences section on your profile.
3. Enter how many Hours you are available to work per week, your Shift Availability, and the Distance you are willing to travel to take care of clients.
NOTE: Tap the plus sign next to Add days and times you can work to enter in specific timeframes you are available for the week.
5. To update your Personal Preferences, tap the arrow at the top left. Select your preferences by tapping on each option to apply it to your profile. Once you are done, tap Save in the upper right-hand corner to update your preferences.
