2. You will be able to see all of the conversations you have started each pertaining to an issue you needed assistance with from an agent. This is referred to as your conversation list. Tap New Conversation at the bottom of the screen to report a new issue you identified or came across.
NOTE: If you have one or more active/unsolved chats, the most recently updated chat will open on the conversation screen. If you need to navigate back to your conversation list, tap on the back arrow in the upper left hand corner of the chat.
3. When you start a new conversation a new chat window will open. Please tap the following topic you need assistance with. Please continue to tap and follow all prompts that are asked, this helps the agents get a better understanding on the entire issue before they receive it for assistance.
4. If your issue is not resolved without the need of a human agent after following all the prompts presented for the issue scenario you selected, you will be connected with an agent to help resolve your request.
NOTE: After the current chat you are is resolved, please do not respond back on that chat to start a new conversation. Navigate back to your conversation list and select the New Conversation button to start a new chat for a different request/issue.
