OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to report that your schedule is wrong in Caregiver Connect.
| The Caregiver Connect app is not available in Florida, New York, Michigan, or Missouri markets. If you are located in one of these states, please contact your local branch for assistance. |
1. Log into Caregiver Connect on your mobile device and tap Schedule from the Home screen. Your scheduled shifts will display.
2. If you notice that your schedule is not correct, tap Notice a Shift Error? under the schedule for This Week.
3. Enter the details of the error in the open text field. Provide clear information to help identify the correct shift(s). Tap Submit to report the scheduling error. A request will be reviewed and your schedule will be corrected.
