OBJECTIVE: The article provides instructions on viewing shift details in Caregiver Connect.
| The Caregiver Connect app is not available in Florida, New York, Michigan, or Missouri markets. If you are located in one of these states, please contact your local branch for assistance. |
1. Log into Caregiver Connect on your mobile device and tap View Schedule.
2. Tap on a scheduled visit to view the details on that visit.
3. All the details that are known about the visit will be displayed. The details included will be the name of the client, the client's address, the date and time of the visit, and the directions to the client's home.
NOTE: If you notice errors in the visit details, please tap Chat with Support and a support agent will assist you.
