When is open enrollment?
- Benefits Open Enrollment is November 3-14, 2025.
- The benefits selected will take effect on January 1, 2026
If no action is taken, these benefits will stay the same at next year's rates: Limited Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, AD&D
After November 22, 2025, any changes to benefits will require a Qualified Life Event or appeal by calling Aptia365.
Who should enroll during open enrollment?
As a reminder, there were changes to eligibility effective in 2025 that may have affected your eligibility to enroll. Please refer to the benefits guide for the eligibility chart. All benefits eligible employees should review and confirm their current benefit elections and make any updates or changes for the next plan year.
- Illinois Caregivers will need to work with their SEIU to enroll in minimum essential medical coverage. You can enroll in supplemental benefits during Open Enrollment.
- Enrollment in PanMed 1 and 2 preventative coverage is allowed.
- NY Caregivers are not offered health and welfare or short-term disability benefits through Help at Home. They can enroll and participate in our Fidelity 401(k) plans, EAP, and HaH Advantage.
- NY Caregivers should contact JNS Savasta at 866-718-2379 with most benefits questions.
How do I enroll in Benefits?
Enroll through the HaH Benefits Administrator, Aptia365.

LOGIN NOTE: Use your same username and password for Aptia365. If you are a new user, you'll set up an account when logging in for the first time. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password or contact Aptia to have it reset. The HaH benefits team is unable to assist with password resets.
What support is available for open enrollment?
Aptia365 provides an easy way to learn about and choose coverage. Use online comparison charts, educational videos, calculators, and reference documents.
- Employees have access to personalized support from Aptia365 benefits counselors who can help understand your options as you consider which plans best meet your needs and budget. This is a free service to you, and multi-language representatives and TTY services are available. Call 855-746-3198.
What's changing for benefits next year in 2026?
Eligible Caregivers will have the same plan options for the Limited Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance coverage.
- Limited Medical rates will be decreasing for most plans.
- Dental rates will remain the same with NO increase
- Vision rates will remain the same with NO increase
- NEW voluntary coverage will be offered - ID Theft, Legal, Pet, and Auto & Home insurance.

What is a Qualified Life Event?
You may be eligible to make some plan changes if these Qualifying Life Events (QLE) occur:
- Birth or legal adoption of a child
- Marriage or a new domestic partnership
- Divorce or legal separation
- Death of spouse/domestic partner/child
- Loss or gain of other benefits coverage
- Change in regularly scheduled hours
- Taking a leave of absence
NOTE: You must take action within 30 days of a QLE, and any change must be consistent with your QLE.
Example: if you get married, you may add your spouse (and any eligible dependent children) to your medical plan or cancel your medical coverage to join your spouse’s medical plan.
