OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how Caregiver's manage their signature PIN in MatrixCare (web and mobile device).

NOTE: Ensure you are logged in to MatrixCare and that IndianaHomecare is entered in the Tenant field.
Create a New Signature PIN
- On the profile icon, tap on the Manage Signature Pin link.
- On the Setup Signature PIN page, tap on the Send Verification Code button.
- A verification code will be sent to the user’s cell phone via SMS. On the Verify Your Identity page, enter the Verification Code and click Next.
NOTE: You have a maximum of three attempts to enter a valid verification code. If you reach the maximum number of failed attempts, you must resend a new Verification Code. - Enter your New Signature PIN.
NOTE: Your new signature PIN must be four digits. - Confirm your New Signature PIN and click Setup Signature PIN. A message displays stating that your Signature PIN Changed Successfully.
Change a Signature PIN
Changing your signature PIN number requires that the user enter the current signature PIN. A link is provided if you forgot your signature PIN.
To change your signature PIN number:
- On the profile icon, tap on the Manage Signature Pin link. The Change Signature PIN page appears.
NOTE: The new signature PIN cannot be the same as the current signature PIN. You have a maximum of three attempts to enter your Current Signature PIN. If you reach the maximum number of attempts, you will be logged out. Note: Your new PIN must be four digits. - Enter the following:
- Current Signature PIN
- New Signature PIN
- Confirm your new Signature PIN
- Tap Change Signature Pin. A message displays stating that your Signature Pin Changed Successfully
Reset a PIN
If you forget your signature PIN, you can change your signature PIN on your mobile device using the Forgot PIN? link.
To change your signature PIN:
- On the profile icon, tap on the Manage Signature Pin link.
- The Change Signature PIN page appears. Tap Forgot PIN?.
- Enter your valid 6-digit Verification Code received in a text message on your mobile device. You have a maximum of three attempts to enter a valid Verification Code. If you reach the maximum number of attempts, you must start again. Click Next.
- Enter in the new Signature PIN and Confirm New Signature PIN.
- Tap Setup Signature PIN. A message displays stating that your Signature PIN Changed Successfully.
