OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to enable location services iPhone or Android devices.

Enabling Location Services on iPhone
1. Open your iPhone and navigate to Settings > Privacy.
2. Tap Location Services.
3. Ensure that Location Services is toggled on. Your applications will appear for you to allow access.
4. Scroll to the bottom to find the list of applications that can request location.
5. If you are using the MatrixCare for Home Care Mobile Application (preferred option), scroll to Home Care.
6. If you are using the web version (does not have offline capabilities like the mobile app), scroll to your default browser.
7. Enable location While Using the App under the Allow Location Access options.
Enabling Location Services on Android
1. Navigate to Settings > Location.
2. Tap On.
3. Under Location services, ensure that Google Location Accuracy is turned on.
4. Tap App Permissions to enable location for MatrixCare for Home Care.
NOTE: When clocking in and out for your shift, tap Allow to allow your device to share your location.
