OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to clock in and out of a visit you are scheduled for in AlayaCare.
NOTE: To complete this procedure, you will first need to have the AlayaCare app downloaded with your login credentials.
1. Log into AlayaCare mobile app.
2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner and select Schedules. Any scheduled visits for today will appear on the screen.
3. Tap on the scheduled visit.
4. Tap the Clock In button to begin your shift.
5. A notification will appear confirming the clock in was successful.
6. To clock out, all Service Tasks must be completed. Reference: AlayaCare: Completing a Visit in the Mobile App
7. Tap Clock Out to clock out.
8. After clocking out, the visit will have a check mark and will be highlighted in blue - this indicates the visit has been completed.
