OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to accept or decline visit offers in the AlayaCare mobile app.
1. Log in to your AlayaCare app if not already logged in.
2. Tap the Menu icon.
3. Tap Offers.
4. Select the Visit Offer.
5. Tap the thumbs up icon () to accept the offer or tap the thumbs down icon (
) to decline the offer. Provide a Reason in the Decline Offer field if declining an offer and tap Decline.
The following visit offer information is viewable on the AlayaCare mobile app:
- Offer Due Date & Time
- Schedule Information
- General Location (map) Town and Zip code only
- Service Code
- Risks associated with the visit
- Comments left by Branch staff
NOTE: The visit will not appear in your schedule until the office assigns you to the visit. If the Offer is not assigned to you, it will disappear from your calendar.
