OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to verify that offline data is captured and uploaded when online in AlayaCare.
1. Tap the Menu icon and tap Open Activities to see if an Offline session is open. If an Offline session is open, the Pending note will appear under Uploads.
2. Tap Uploads to view additional information about the Offline data.
NOTE: Each day should end with 0 Open Work Sessions and 0 Pending or Failed Uploads. If you experience any Failed Uploads, please contact the support line at 1-877-711-2087.
3. Once your device has access to data or is connected to the internet again, confirmation alerts will pop up to let you know that Offline actions have been successfully uploaded to AlayaCare.
4. Navigate back to Open Activities to verify there are no Pending uploads.
