OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to review and respond to open tasks in the AlayaCare Mobile App.
1. Log in to the AlayaCare mobile app.
2. Tap the Menu icon. Open Tasks will be indicated by the numbered orange dot on the Menu icon.
3. Tap Tasks to view your open tasks. The list populates only Open Tasks by default.
4. Tap the task that needs to be completed. You will then be able to review details about task, including its Priority, Due Date, and whether there is an Assigned Cient associated with the task.
5. If there is a form attached to the task for you to fill out, Fill Report will appear in blue. Click Fill Report to complete the form.
6. Complete the required fields in the form and then tap Submit.
7. If there is no form attached to the task, Fill Report will be greyed out. Tap Close only when you have completed the request, to close the task.
8. When a task is closed and complete, you will receive a notification at the bottom of your screen that the task is complete. Click the Filter icon to filter for tasks in other statuses, if you'd like to verify that you have closed the task.
To review and respond to tasks for a Client through the Scheduled Client Visit:
1. Navigate to your Schedule and tap the Visit you'd like to review.
2. Navigate to the Service Tasks tab. Tap Client Tasks. Any task assigned to you related to the Client will appear.
