OBJECTIVE: This article provides steps on how to switch Agencies within the Mobile app Axxess HomeCare.
- Log in to the Axxess HomeCare Mobile app on your mobile device.
2. After logging in to the mobile app, Tap on the "Menu" icon located on the bottom right side of the screen.
3. From the options you will look for "Switch Agency" and tap it. You will then see the new screen appear of the agencies available. Make sure you are selecting Help at Home, NOT Help at Home Sandbox(HC)
4. Congratulations you have successfully updated your Agency on your mobile app.
NOTE: Once the caregiver logs out there is a possibility for the app to continue to ask to Select Agency every time they sign back in. Just have to make sure that the option that is selected is Help at Home not the Sandbox option.
