OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to clock in and out of a visit via the Axxess HomeCare mobile app.
Open and Log In to the Axxess HomeCare mobile app and locate your visit under "Home" and under "Today's Visit". Tap on your visit
2. You will tap on the Green "Clock In" button to start your shift
3. Once tapped you will notice that the Green "Clock In" button will change to "Clock Out" and you will have your clock in time registered as "Verified Time In" Complete your shift at this point
4. When ready to clock out from your shift you will need to find your visit again and tap on "Visit Note" to complete your Daily Living Tasks for your shift (NOTE: All tasks must be completed to complete shift)
5. Once your Daily Living Tasks are completed then you will be able to tap the green "Clock Out" button
6. After taping "Clock Out" you will be prompted to a screen where you can "Collect Client Signature"
7. Your device will turn horizontally and you will be able to tap on Collect Client Signature, make sure to check off the two check boxes on the top left and once the client signs off you can tap Submit
8.Next staff will sign off at the end by tapping "Collect Staff Signature" make sure to tap Submit once signed
9. Complete the signature sign off by pressing the green "Submit" button to complete the shift and you will see a pop up appear stating "Success - You have completed EVV." tap the "OK" button
10. The app will take you back to the visit screen and you will see the Verified Time In and Verified Time Out option and all signatures captured under the shift. You can also tap on "Home" to see the Green House that marks your shift as completed as well
11. Congratulations you have successfully clocked in and out for a shift within the Axxess HomeCare mobile app!
