OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to reset a password within the Axxess HomeCare mobile app.
Open the Axxess HomeCare app and go to the log in screen where your email is entered. Find the "Having trouble logging in?" button and tap it
Enter your email address and then tap "Send request" and a new screen will appear letting you know an email will be sent to your email address with instructions to reset your password
- Keep an eye out for the password reset email from Axxess. Make sure to check your Spam and Junk folder for the email if it does not appear in your main inbox. Once located tap on "Reset Password" (Note: the email will expire after sometime)
4. You will be redirected to a new screen where you will complete your new password reset once complete you will tap on "Change Password" this will update your new password
5. Once password is updated you can then log in to the mobile app once again. Congratulations you have successfully reset your password for the Axxess HomeCare mobile app!
