OBJECTIVE: This article provides steps on how to clock in to a visit within the mobile app Axxess HomeCare.
1. Open the Axxess HomeCare mobile app and tap on "Login"
2. Make sure to enter your email and tap "Secure Login"
3. Once successfully completed you will get a prompt that lets you know Login Successful, make sure to tap on "OK" to proceed
4. Once logged into the mobile app Axxess HomeCare, you will be on the Home page and see visits for the current date. (Note: Visits in this screen are only visits in the 24 hour window of the current date)
5. If you want to see the rest of your schedule outside the current date you can tap on "Schedule"
6. Congratulations you have successfully viewed your schedule in the Axxess HomeCare mobile app
