Axxess: Enabling device settings to auto-update Axxess HomeCare app for new version releases on an Apple device

OBJECTIVE: This article provides steps on how to enable auto-update settings on your device for the Mobile app Axxess HomeCare.

For iOS Devices (iPhone/iPad)

Supported on: iOS 12 or later

Steps:

1. Open the Settings app on your device.

2. Scroll down and tap on Apps.

3. Then select the App Store option.

1. Under the Automatic Downloads section:

   • Toggle ON:

     • App Updates

• To allow updates over cellular data:
  • Scroll to Cellular Data and toggle ON Automatic Downloads.
