OBJECTIVE: This article provides instructions on how to log in to the Axxess HomeCare mobile app.
1. Download the Axxess HomeCare mobile app onto your device.
2. Open the Axxess HomeCare mobile app and tap on "Login"
3. A pop up will appear make sure to select "Continue" to proceed with the log in
4. Make sure to enter your email and tap "Secure Login"
5. Once successfully completed you will get a prompt that lets you know Login Successful, make sure to tap on "OK" to proceed
6. You will be prompted to select an Agency, make sure to select the option labeled "Help at Home" not the "Help at Home Sandbox(HC)"
7. Lastly, you will establish your 4 digit pin for quick access into the app
8. Once you complete all steps you will be in the main screen of the app the "Home" screen.
9. Congratulations you have logged into the app successfully!
