OBJECTIVE: This article provides steps on how to use the Community Services within the Mobile app Axxess HomeCare.
- Once logged into the mobile app Axxess HomeCare, you will be on the Home page and see visits for the current date. (Note: Visits in this screen are only visits in the 24 hour window of the current date)
2. Click on your visit for today. Locate the Client Address section and you will see an arrow that is pointing to the right, click on the arrow to view the Community Services option.
3. Select the Community Services option and then hit Save to update the Client Address on the visit.
4. You will be sent back to the visit page and you will see the client address is updated to say Community Services and the Clock In button should appear.
5. Once Clocked In using Community Services you can see your visit is in progress by the Verified Time In and the Yellow house that is on the visit.
6. Lastly you complete your shift as normal. Congratulations you have successfully used Community Services on your mobile app.
