OBJECTIVE: This article provides steps on how to share App and Mobile information within the Mobile app Axxess HomeCare.
Once logged in to the Axxess HomeCare application, tap on "Menu" and select the "Help" option.
2. A new screen will appear and there will be an option "Email Us" tap on this and a new Email screen will appear. REMOVE the email in the TO field and add the new email you will be sending this information too.
3. Once the email is sent then that is all that is needed. The information provided is the Application version and the mobile device information that will be used to troubleshoot any app issues.
